The Commish's Tuesday Tips
I know there are some degenerates out there looking for some good baseball picks on this rainy Tuesday so let's get into it. Most of these picks are gonna be in Midwest or Western states because the Northeast is about to get pounded with rain today. Here are the picks I like:
Cleveland Indians vs Cincinnati Reds
Shane Bieber OVER 7.5 K's
This one is a no brainer, Bieber has been dynamite every time he has toed the rubber this season. He struck out 14 in SIX innings his first outing vs KC and 13 in eight innings vs a very deep Twins lineup. I think Bieber dominates as the Indian bats wake up vs the underwhelming Tyler Mahle.
Texas Rangers vs Oakland Athletics
Lance Lynn has been sharp in his first two starts of the season. Only allowing 3 hits in 12 innings, zero runs, and 17 K's. The Rangers will be trying to hit the young Jesus Luzardo who has had one good outing and one stinker so far in what appears to be an extended opener role. I like the Rangers value on the road here snapping their losing streak.
Minnesota Twins vs Pittsburgh Pirates
Minnesota Twins -220
Jose Berrios on the mound as the Twins lineup continues to roll versus a very average Joe Musgrove. This game is a lock.
Take 'em or leave 'em but my picks from opening night hit so you may as well trust me!
